DAB module for B-800 mkII

This is my first post on the Densen forum, I like the new look.

When can we plug in the DAB module for the B-800 mkII tuner ?

Dear Zappa,

Unfortunately this will take some time, as I am not satisfied with the sound quality DAB delivers at the moment, and we will not compromise and send out a product that do not live up to the standards we have set for our other products.

We can therefore not give any date.

Has the mk II been released?

I tried optaining it at KT Radio (Frederiksberg) a few months ago and was told, that it was not yet available.

As the development with DAB runs at the moment, we will not introduce a DAB module for the near future, sorry.

Any progress on the DAB module? Can you give a broad indication as to when in 2009, e.g., 1st half, etc. we can expect availability?

will DAB module be available also for B-800 firs series? I'm buying one, but I have to know if it is upgradable in the future.

yes i agree, DAB is becoming main stream and the UK gouverment has anounced the phase out of FM and chances are, europe will follow.

DAB can be good quality if they use the second version which some stations are going to adopt.

it coming, it isnt going to go away...so let not stick our head in the sand.

No we have decided to postphone the DAB module, as we feel the market is to small to justify the development costs at the moment + i feel DAB sounds like s...
